If for any reason, you are not absolutely delighted with one of our products at the time you receive it, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund for the purchase price (less shipping).
To be eligible for refund/credit, footwear must be returned unworn in its pristine original condition and packaging. All packages, including original cartons, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit (including any applicable sales tax) to the original form of payment used. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees. You will receive an e-mail conﬁrmation once we have processed your return. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.
Due to the unique nature of our business and related matters of hygiene, worn footwear may not be returned except in the unlikely event of a defect in product quality, construction or workmanship. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect.
Please complete the return form and include it with your return. For your convenience, we have included a prepaid easy return label. Simply drop your return off at any UPS Store or Drop Off location.
If you would like to use your own shipping method, please keep a record of your return tracking, and send the package to the address below. We recommend insuring against loss or damage.
