Our #1 priority is your happiness. LOVE your shoes or your money back! We take great pride in the superior quality and craftsmanship of our brands. We stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason, you are not absolutely delighted with one of our products at the time you receive it, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund for the purchase price.
To be eligible for refund/credit, footwear must be returned unworn in its pristine original condition and packaging. All packages, including original cartons, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit (including any applicable sales tax) to the original form of payment used. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we have processed your return. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.
Due to the unique nature of our business and related matters of hygiene, worn footwear may not be returned except in the unlikely event of a defect in product quality, construction, or workmanship. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect.
Please complete the return form and include it with your return. For your convenience, we have included a prepaid easy return label. Simply drop your return off at any UPS Store or Drop Off location. Please make note of the return tracking number for your reference.
If you would like to use your own shipping method, please keep a record of your return tracking, and send the package to the address below. We recommend insuring against loss or damage.

Return Instructions
Items may be returned in original purchase condition (only tried on for fit or sizing) and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
STEP 1: Complete the return form included with your original order.
STEP 2: Affix the RETURN shipping label included with your original order to sealed package and drop at a UPS Service Center near you. Make note of the UPS tracking number in case you need to track your package at ups.com.
After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently do not offer an exchange option. Please return the original item and place a new order.

We can only accept returns or exchanges from purchases made on www.haflingerusa.com. If you made a purchase from an independent retailer or another online retailer, please return the product to the store from which you purchased, under the guidelines of their return policy.
Items purchased on www.haflingerusa.com cannot be returned to an independent retailer or another online retailer.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT(S)?
Returns and Exchanges don't cost a thing. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure to follow our guidelines on how to return a product.
Returning without UPS: If you decide not to use UPS, you can ship your return package at your own expense with any other traceable shipping service. Please call our customer service team and they can provide detailed instructions to you on how best to return your product.

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN PACKAGE?
After you drop off your return package at the local drop off point, it can take 2 - 5 business days for the package to get to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot control how long it will take for your returned products to be delivered back to us.
